Using the scheduler, you are able to pick an available appointment window to have your water meter replaced.
What to expect on the day of your appointment:
A technician will arrive at a time between your chosen time window (I.E 7-9 AM). He will need access to the water meter on the inside of your home (typically in the basement). Given access, the technician will replace the water meter as well as the reader that is on the outside of the house. On average this procedure will take 30 minutes.
